Hi.

Hello, my name is Joshua Moore. Welcome to my blog. I write about life and its grind. Hope you find inspiration here as you overcome the ape.

Toe To Toe With Yourself

Toe To Toe With Yourself

You are above no one, you are beneath no one. You are no better or worse than your coworkers, the homeless on the streets or the CEO’s of fortune 500 companies. We are all equal on a level plane. The playing field is not equal or fair, but we all play on the same plane. Some individuals are radically more advantage at birth while others are greatly disadvantaged at birth, but the plane is the same. There are stories of impoverished children growing up and grinding to become billionaires and stories of billionaires losing it all and every imaginable scenario in-between. Your idea of success is limitless!

Instead of looking up at someone or looking down on anyone, hold onto what is meaningful to you and discard everything else. Become a center of gravity and attract everything you need to be whole. Be a shining supernova in the center of your world and fling everything that does not belong in your life out to deep space. Never hold on to what doesn’t make you a better human. Launch the rubbish out of your solar system.

As you attract more of what you need and release what you don’t, you’ll find there is nothing you cannot conquer in life. One of the scariest things you can do is confront yourself, really go toe to toe with the person looking back in the mirror. Knock down the perception of people being above or beneath you. Burn bright and look outwards, there is a sea of people that need what you have to offer the world. No exceptions, no excuses, no regrets. Overcome the ape.
