Broke, Old And Sick
Maybe you’re broke maybe you’re too old maybe your health is diminished to the point of no return maybe you're all the above. Pile on depression, physical and mental exhaustion and a spiritual death too. What's left, a miserable existence? Well, maybe... You're still thinking, you're still breathing, that means there are still endless possibilities. Figure out one step to take, just one step to inch you closer to lifting yourself up. If you can’t figure out the first step, then seek help from others. Find the right person that can show you or assist you to that first step.
It's all about baby steps forward over long periods of time. You don’t need to accomplish everything all at once, you can’t, no one can. Focus on small victories that are meaningful to you. Life will keep you pinned down until you work your way out of its chains. You will lose, you will hurt, you will fail and that's all normal and okay but never give up. Giving up blocks you from all chance to inch forward. If you are breathing, you can inch forward. Nothing is possible if you don’t try.
It's hard to change your life. We're so comfortable where we are, with who we are, even if we are miserable. Many of us would rather feel the comfort of a miserable routine than to stand against where we are and fight to get to where we want to be. So if it's too late for you, you're too broke, too old, too unhealthy, my advice to you is to take a risk, get very uncomfortable with your current circumstance and furiously fight for a taste of passion in the face of all adversity. You must do something different because nothing else is working. Find something that works, keep at it until your dead and I promise you a future vastly different than your current circumstance. Regardless of your age, health or financial situation your better days are up to you to seek and demand. No exceptions, no excuses, no regrets. Overcome the ape.
